Norman Valdez

Leader in data-driven marketing and AI innovation, with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, specializing in digital strategy and technology leadership. A Fellow of the RSA and Emerging Technology Fellow at the Community Foundations of Canada, with a focus on responsible AI integration to drive equity, efficiency, and impact. CEO and co-founder of BrainTrainr, a nonprofit making AI education inclusive and accessible. Passionate about using technology to empower communities, especially within philanthropy and youth engagement. Proudly Indigenous from the Aymara people of southern Peru.
